i want to go...

everybody dies, but not everyone lives....

go skydiving its the best experience in my lifetime. i think i'm addicted. i want to go more. nothing compares to jumping out of a perfectly good plane.

all of us on the ground.. i hit the floor last.

so there was a whole butt load of traffic on the way to san diego... prolly from the comic convention.. but anyway after 3 hrs of traffic. we show up late to our appt at 2pm we came at 330ish. ha but we called in a couple times. after signing our life waivers... we wait around for a very long time cuz its at least 20 min per plane jump we were number 18 they were on 12. its cool watching the pro jumpers do tricks. and a good plate of carne asada made the time go by. good thing about it... we jumped and saw the sunset... niiice. to see the sunset and jump out of a plane... oh ya!!! nothing can describe how it felt. i wasnt that scared and i think i conquered my fear of heights.  so i jumped out of the plane and i felt my shirt fly up.. so ya i flashed the world. thankgoodness i wasnt being a hippie that day and wore a bra. heh. the jump was great my instructor was great.. i want to go again... AFF this time yah!!

so whats next, i did white water rafting, kayaking, bungee jumping, sea dooing, hiking, i want to jump from a water fall.

i wrote this cuz i was bored and my mind need to do something productive....

It has come to my attention the inefficeny of the event parking department.
Understanding that there is a crisis of lacking funds due to
"budget" cuts, I am aware that the University does not have money to spare. However,
several of my best students have gotten second jobs and are at risk of leaving. This
has become a concerning trend. The University is losing more money and valuable time
training new event parking employees every year. It is not only very inefficeint but also unproductive
I am proposing a promotional raise to my best employees to be able to keep them from straying away. 
With the budget back in October I would like you to consider the importance of bringing
back student raises for event parking. I personally understand University employees like myself have not
gotten raises in years and departments around the University are losing valuable employees.
Overall, it would be a very good choice to give raises to students just like in the past
We would to be able to keep hard workers through most of their
college carreer.  It will not only improve the efficiency of the department but also add
to the productivness of the employees.  With raises, students will stay with us longer, and
there will be less time spent training and more experienced students on the field.
